1. The colleagues are all very easy to get along with. Basically, there are no cliques or factional issues within the company, making it a very pleasant work environment.
2. Guaranteed 12+2 months of salary; if projects meet their targets, there will be performance bonuses (the day those targets are met seems a long way off).
3. Domestic and overseas employee trips are subsidized every year.

1. The company’s development direction is unclear. Despite already being relatively small, it still divides itself into multiple profit centers—somewhat like family members competing with one another for a share of the pie.
2. The boss is very optimistic and good at painting an attractive vision, but how to achieve the goals is left for you to figure out.
3. HR is very nitpicky and will argue for a long time over trivial matters, wasting a great deal of work time.
4. There is no overtime pay; you can only exchange holiday work for compensatory leave.
5. Turnover is very high, and there is a gap in the company’s workforce. There is no mid-career generation to pass on experience—only veterans from the company’s founding and new hires.
