The company is located in a rather old commercial building and appears to occupy two floors. On the day of the interview, there was also a group joint recruitment event. Since the position applied for was different, I went directly to the fourth floor for the interview (the joint recruitment event was on the fourth floor), where I first had to fill out an interview information form and answer some short-answer questions.
The personal information form for the interview was extremely detailed. It required listing even whether you are vegetarian, your nickname, and the ages, birthdays, and occupations of all your family members.
There were quite a lot of short-answer questions:
.Setbacks and difficulties encountered, sense of achievement, and takeaways from your previous job
.What was the most difficult thing you have encountered in life?
.What books do you usually read, and what book have you read recently? Share its content.
.A person you admire and why
.Your future plans for this job
Just filling out the personnel information form and answering the short-answer questions took quite a lot of time.
After the interview with the department supervisor, there were also interviews with supervisors from other departments.
The work operates under a responsibility-based system, with no bonuses for the three major holidays. There is a Mid-Autumn Festival gift box, and the year-end bonus depends on performance.
During the interview, I heard that the OP administrative position in the Study Tour Department seems to require regularly working overtime until 9 p.m., but it offers performance bonuses and dinner.
Many of the employees there have been working there since they graduated—or even before graduating—and there are many long-time employees, so… well…
