露絲貝兒生物科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. The site is small—just one building, which is convenient.

2. You can go out for lunch, or bring a packed lunch to steam; there are convenience stores and lunchbox shops nearby.

3. There is a smoking area at the entrance, just downstairs, so you don’t have to rush during breaks.

4. Lots of motorcycle parking spaces. 5. Overtime is not mandatory.

Cons

As mentioned below, if the team leader doesn’t think highly of you, you might as well start preparing to resign.

A bunch of gossipy busybodies!

This does not refer to the employees; every team leader is like an old auntie.

The aunties love gathering together to gossip, and they loudly berate anyone they dislike.

In particular, the team leader surnamed Jiang in the filling department—

be very careful not to provoke her, or you’ll be subjected to a tsunami of nagging!

Her voice is even louder than an airplane flying overhead—much, much louder!

Some of the veteran employees are good and some are bad; fortunately, there are only one or two troublemakers.

There is one self-important veteran employee, a woman named Biyun; it is best to avoid interacting with her too much!

There are also relatively complicated ISO forms and reports. The veteran female supervisors

will teach you so quickly that you will look at them without understanding anything.

I suggest asking other coworkers and requesting examples to take home and study on your own.

You will be chewed out badly if you cannot write the reports! Seriously! Seriously!

Working for a biotechnology company that makes facial masks sounds glamorous when you tell people about it,

but the price is that, in reality, you have to put up with all the nasty bitches in the company.

One thing that is relatively okay about the company is that supervisors ask for your opinion about overtime.

Of course, if you never work overtime, people will look down on you ~

I sincerely want to tell everyone that you can actually give it a try; it is quite fun.

Basically, this is a company where you can stay steadily for a long time!

If you work in the filling area, it is really easy work except for the aching back!

Here is another sincere piece of advice for newcomers:

if you do not need so-called daily or weekly pay,

do not join through a temp agency or staffing agency;

in other words, do not work as a dispatched employee—apply directly for a permanent position.

The company draws a very clear distinction between dispatched employees and regular employees!

You will even often be asked by coworkers or supervisors whether you are a dispatched employee.

Regular employees have indoor shoes and various benefits,

while dispatched employees can only wear disposable cleanroom shoe covers (you’ll know once you go in how incredibly troublesome they are).

My sincere advice to newcomers: if you are a dispatched employee, quit as soon as possible and apply directly to Rose Belle for a permanent position!

The comment includes a 104 job-site URL for permanent positions!

By all means, do not go through a staffing agency!
