The Taiwan branch of our company is entering its sixth year since establishment.

Only around 2015 did we lay off one employee, for two reasons.

The company had no choice but to carry out the dismissal.

The dismissal process was conducted in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, including the required notification and payment of the statutory severance pay.

We hereby reiterate that every employee is extremely important.

The company has an obligation to protect its employees and reject workplace violence and cyberbullying among employees.

Although this has led to a series of false rumors, accusations, defamatory statements, and attacks against the company online,

none of this will change our company's determination to protect its employees.
