The colleagues are easy to get along with, I guess.
The salary at this company is really ridiculously low, and the management has absolutely no understanding of how to run a hotel. They just do everything recklessly, refuse to invest any money, and still expect results. The general manager also has no sense of what a professional manager should be; she only knows how to assert her authority by constantly berating and humiliating people. As a result, staff turnover here is frighteningly high. If you really aren't unable to find a job elsewhere, seriously, don't even consider this place. Nine out of ten people who join end up regretting it; the remaining one is a member of the management's inner circle, so they have no choice but not to regret it. That's my advice to everyone.
