Pros~a whole bunch of cons
During break time, we are forbidden to buy drinks or food. The lunch break is only 20 minutes. We are also told that after buying food, we cannot stay at the FamilyMart convenience store to eat; we must immediately return to the break room to eat.
Then, whenever there aren't enough employees, they always demand that we work 16-hour shifts or fill in for an hour and a half. Overtime work is treated as if it were only natural, but no one dares say a word.
No one dares to strike like the EVA Air flight attendants did.
The key point is that when the labor authorities come to inspect, those supervisors even tell us to say things like, “We did not work overtime,” even though we clearly work more than 50 hours a week. The number of days off is pitifully low.
