Beautiful surroundings; from the high floor, you can overlook the entire city.
For an internal office position, the interview includes a bunch of personality tests. To put it nicely, they’re tests with no right answers; in reality, no matter how you answer, you’ll expose shortcomings in another area. It feels like they’re already calculating how to deal with you before you’ve even joined the company. One female interviewer also asked a lot of strange questions and made many odd facial expressions. The questions felt like they were deliberately steering you toward the position of the perpetrator, so I asked in return why the company would have questions like that and need employees’ answers. She suddenly put on an aggrieved expression and said it was because she thought you were this or that way, so she had to clarify things. Then all the questions circled back to you again. If you’re bored and want to know how impressive those questions are, you can apply and see for yourself—experience a world without answers and the feeling of being humiliated. There was also a timed math test, which I could only laugh at. They test things that are completely useless for the job just to enhance the company’s image, and they even set a limit on how many questions you can get wrong before losing eligibility for a second interview.
