The colleagues are very young and nice.

1. There is no clocking in or out, and no overtime pay. Colleagues work overtime almost every day.

4. They require ghostwriting and credit attribution, allowing the teacher to be listed as the primary author while not allowing the employee who actually did the primary writing to be credited as such.
5. For a salary of only 28K, they expect someone to be immediately productive and able to handle copywriting, manuscript writing, planning, basic layout concepts, editing, coordinating with teachers, and so on.
