Get along well with the counter staff
Get along well with colleagues at the same level
My position was a management trainee.
First, regarding the salary: management trainees earn 28.6K, from which a meal fee of $1,050 is deducted (you receive a meal card worth $1,300).
= You pay $1,050 in exchange for $1,300 worth of meal credit.
This may seem like a good deal, but you have to use up the entire meal allowance every month; otherwise, it is confiscated~~
Moreover, it can only be used at restaurants. Unlike at 新X, where it can be used to buy other products (cosmetics, shoes, and so on...)
It is basically the concept of spending your own money and forcing yourself to finish it all~~
Next, if you are assigned to a department on a good floor, you are truly lucky, and you will have a fulfilling and happy experience.
However, I was assigned to an extremely problematic floor. The supervisor knew nothing, and neither did the management above them. They would also randomly yell at and scold you over completely illogical things...
Nearly ten people have left the floor where I worked in succession (including me), and several of them were driven away by the manager's scolding.
The manager would directly call you over and scold you over completely illogical things. You had to agree with her and admit that you were wrong... Otherwise, she would keep yelling at you until you could not do anything else...
Before I left, she yelled at me again over something completely outrageous. She had always done things this way before, but now she said it was all my problem?
She is very good at shifting blame... When the handover was chaotic before, the accounts were also a mess. You kindly sorted out the accounts, but in her eyes, you were the one who had made them such a mess—it was all your problem....
I was completely baffled. I had not even reported for duty at that time... I sorted everything out, yet I was still scolded and told it was my problem.
There were just too many ridiculous things.... It was simply impossible to stay.... If you want to seriously learn something, no one will guide you at all.
If you do not know how to do something, they will even scold you for not knowing: “Why don’t you know how to do this? You should know how to do it.” The key point is that no one ever guides or teaches you... Speechless...
If you are assigned to Sales Department 3... the manager is seriously problematic. They have driven away many people already, so please think twice!
