Pros
1. The brands they represent are indeed very appealing, and they have a comprehensive international plan.
Cons
1. There is no year-end bonus, the base salary is not high, and the bonuses are small. For a large company, it is quite disappointing.
2. I don't understand what many long-serving colleagues think they are. They are extremely immature.
3. If you cannot handle international brands, I recommend not representing them, as it damages the brand's image in this region.
