The company is in a traditional industry and has many strict rules. Whether these are disadvantages is for you to assess:

1．The interview information form requires a great deal of personal information, including religion.

2．Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break (8.5 working hours). Because the schedule must accommodate the production line, the office hours are automatically extended by half an hour.

3．Overtime only counts after 6:00 p.m.

4．The company’s clients are all large corporations, so clients often come to conduct audits, resulting in occasional overtime.

5．Being late results in the perfect-attendance bonus being deducted (three instances within five minutes).

6．There is a meal allowance, calculated separately and not included in the full salary.
