Working at Taipei Zhongshan’s Chengpin Nanxi, the customers are generally quite good, and the location is also convenient.
* The restaurant does not provide staff meals; the only benefit is a transportation allowance that is insufficient for a month’s expenses.
* When I tried to request better benefits, the manager’s answer was simply to resign and stop working there; they were unwilling to communicate.
* The restaurant’s full-time supervisor does things their own way, is difficult to communicate with, lacks a sense of humor, and applies double standards.
* The restaurant’s strange rules are overly rigid and often lead to arguments with customers, even though they are actually simple problems that could be resolved easily. Part-time workers should be mentally prepared to frequently confront customers.
* You have to work nervously and cautiously; if you take even a short break, be prepared to get scolded. The atmosphere at work is unpleasant.
