The expected compensation I proposed received the interviewer’s preliminary agreement (subject to approval from senior management).
Cons
The company has a clearly defined hierarchy and places great emphasis on politeness. I observed the interviewer’s actions; when encountering other senior managers, they bowed respectfully.
