This isn’t my first job since entering the workforce, and I’ve been here for over three years. The company provides the expected bonuses for the three major holidays, along with various employee benefits. There is a high degree of flexibility, allowing us to arrange our work and break times flexibly to achieve greater efficiency. Supervisors also don’t make unreasonable demands that we finish everything before leaving. Even when overtime is required for some reason, unlike at other companies, we are paid overtime. Given the culture of assuming employees are responsible for completing their work without overtime pay in Taiwan’s media industry, I feel very fortunate to work here! Overtime is extremely rare!

The office could be designed to be a little more comfortable; everyone would be even more motivated to work hard together!
