Colleagues are all very kind as long as there is no conflict of interest.
Supervisors are also quite willing to teach and mentor people.
In some departments, you have the opportunity to interact with management as soon as you join.
Newcomers who have had few opportunities can come here to hone their skills. Overall, it’s not bad.
1. The level of quality management still has a long way to go.
2. Sometimes all the work you do cannot compare with a single word from the boss. Some SOPs cannot be established, and the boss is actually to blame.
3. The company gives you bananas but wants you to become a tiger or a lion. Later, you do become a lion or tiger, but you no longer want the bananas. So you resign.
