I have currently been working here for about four months.

Every sales representative is extremely busy and simply has no time to teach you anything. You have to figure out how to use the booking system and things like that on your own; otherwise, you can’t work. The training feels like it might as well not have happened. When you return to the store and join your assigned team, they even ask you, “Didn’t you attend the training?” The whole company is just very confusing. Overtime pay would be one thing, but there is none. For perfect attendance, all you get is a 15-minute massage. Difficult customers call you all the time even after you’ve gotten off work. To make matters worse, I also encountered an overbearing supervisor who constantly targeted me. If you didn’t do what he wanted, he would keep bothering you until you gave in. I originally really wanted to stay for a full year or something, but now I can’t wait to leave and be free.
