Young and attractive colleagues; pleasant atmosphere at work
This is a company that outsources customer service for other companies. Customer service representatives have an extremely high turnover rate, and the company simply does not care—it's like disposable tableware that gets thrown away after use. As long as HR advertises impressive project names (LINE, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.), a bunch of fresh graduates will be desperate to compete for interviews. The salary is also the same old 28K (30K for those with customer service experience). After all, if you don't want the job, there are plenty of others competing for it.
Because you provide customer service on behalf of other companies, the clients' words are treated as absolute orders. Whenever a dispute arises over a customer service case, the customer service representative is the first person held accountable, and the client will pin 100% of the blame on you. Having a difficult client is still not the worst part; the worst part is that your own project manager will not stand up for you either. They normally pretend to have a great relationship with everyone, but when something goes wrong, they are the first to push the representative out to take the fall.
Overall, if you want to find a girlfriend, you can come here. Customer service companies have lots of women, and most of them are attractive and young. Once you find a girlfriend, you can make a quick getaway. Every year, a huge number of people resign after the annual company banquet. Then none of the senior managers reflect on themselves; they only mock the “strawberry generation,” and are 87% like the old people protesting pension reform.
