The weather was so hot that I couldn't think of anything.

The weather was very hot, and there wasn't even a cup of water. After arriving, I first filled out the company's application form, including my desired salary. After finishing, I waited 10–15 minutes before someone came in to collect the application. Then I waited another 15–20 minutes before the interviewer arrived.

The position interviewed for was Administrative Procurement. The interviewer was quite serious and explained the job responsibilities in detail, but also said that instead of hiring additional staff during the fixed busy period each month or during project periods, they would directly have current employees provide support. As a result, this position is essentially an all-purpose administrative assistant role: all administrative duties have to be handled, along with providing flexible support for the warehouse.

The interviewer asks about every work experience listed on your résumé. They ask as much as you write, so the more you write, the longer the interview will take. They ask questions about the jobs you have held, which I thought was good.

The interviewer seemed rather annoyed when asked about whether overtime was required, probably because many people had asked about it before. The beginning of each month is the company's busiest period, and overtime is mandatory, although it was unclear whether overtime pay is provided. Overtime may or may not be required at other times.

They said they would conduct more interviews and select a candidate within a week, but I was never notified whether I had been accepted.
