There aren't really any advantages.
Overall, it's simply a terrible company.
It has no systems and doesn't know how to treat its employees well.
At the beginning, they make everything sound wonderful,
saying the benefits are so good and so much more.
But when you actually report a problem to a supervisor,
the supervisor just keeps pushing it off.
They only care about taking on projects,
and completely disregard the employees' well-being.
Employees who are absent without leave or frequently late
are foolishly retained.
When you inform the company's management,
they just evade the issue by using the excuse that they are short-staffed.
They never consider that the people who conscientiously do their jobs
have to clean up after these useless employees.
The bottom line is:
those who can do the work are worked to death,
and talented people are not treated like human beings at all.
