Pros
It might be considered a benefit if you enjoy chatting with HR.
Cons
Before the interview, they test your knowledge of the company's products, business philosophy, and so on.
HR asked many "details" about my previous job~ It felt less like they wanted to understand my work abilities and more like they were collecting information about other companies and salary levels. The negative reviews are not without reason.
