The colleagues are great
Cons
－Working overtime on holidays, with no overtime pay, only compensatory leave; when you want to take leave, the boss gives you all kinds of attitude and won’t approve it
－No spring banquet or year-end banquet
－Before resigning, they pressure employees to leave without letting them use up their leave, and provide no compensation for unused compensatory leave
