Pros
The pantry is very large, and the company's internal systems are fairly well established.
Cons
They show very little respect for individual employees' privacy.
The decision-making style is conservative, making it resemble a traditional industry within the software sector.
The seating arrangement is much like a chicken farm: every employee is a laying hen in a battery cage, only able to lay eggs.
The office is as noisy as a traditional market, which is very unprofessional.
