The team has been understaffed for years, and hiring replacements is extremely slow. Everyone has to help shoulder the workload, which is truly exhausting.

There are also far too many cases; the caseload exceeds the available manpower. It is truly terrible.

The salary is extremely low, and they like to use contract employees. Supervisors are unclear about many things, especially those on the 410 team.
