1. The benefits and employment policies are well established
2. Suitable for people who prefer stability and are not seeking career development
1. Raises are difficult to obtain, bonuses are hard to receive, and employees with ordinary or poor performance may have better development opportunities than those who work hard or perform well. Catering to superiors is the fastest path to advancement.
2. You only have a chance of receiving a target-achievement bonus after working at the company for more than a year. Performance bonuses are paid as dividends; I have never encountered or heard of a system that delays bonus payments more than this. Multiple bonuses and the year-end bonus are paid together without an itemized breakdown, and the amount of the year-end bonus is determined entirely at the discretion of company supervisors.
3. The company does not understand or appreciate the hard work of support units such as procurement and the factory, disregards production capacity, and focuses only on taking orders and helping the boss make more money.
4. The work environment drains employees’ enthusiasm and treats them as disposable and cheap labor.
5. The proportion of employees appointed through favoritism by those in power is relatively high, and the appointed HR personnel ignore employees’ problems.
