It makes no difference whether you include résumé information or not.
I applied for a marketing planning position. When the interviewer saw that I had experience with online livestreaming on my résumé, she asked why I wasn’t applying to be a social media editor. She thought I was a good fit and told me to give it a try. Then she called over a young woman around my age, in her early twenties, to take me to a small corner in the back with a camera set up. She told me to sit down and said that applicants for the social media editor position had to record a video introducing beauty products..... After I finished recording, she didn’t say anything and just left. I was still standing there, completely confused about what had happened. The company had absolutely no system and was extremely disrespectful to interviewees. They interviewed a group of people at the same time in an open space. My information sheet had not even been completed before they took it away. The person who collected it said that because I was number one, I had to go in quickly since there were many people behind me..... What kind of inspiration made the company decide to call out numbers during interviews??? 5X Mart, maybe??? What’s even more ridiculous is that a group of very young female employees were gathered around a man—I didn’t know whether he was the owner or something else. They were incredibly noisy; the laughter was genuinely no exaggeration, like a bunch of neighborhood aunties chatting in a market. At one point, I thought I was interviewing at a bubble tea shop....
