High salary

During the interview for the assistant store manager position, salary was negotiable.

I had to travel to Taichung twice for the interviews, spending money on round-trip transportation and one night’s accommodation.

I recently resigned after working there for a little over a week. Although I had put in a lot of effort to get the job in the first place, I discovered that it was not a place for people to stay—run away quickly.

1. When starting work, taking a break, returning from a break, and finishing work, you have to make a central announcement.

At the beginning and end of each shift, you have to greet everyone individually. It is extremely awkward because everyone is busy.

2. The nine-hour shift includes a one-hour meal break, but it is incredibly rushed. You often have to return early to prepare. The roller sticks to your body, and you have to wash your hands—the procedure is extremely troublesome.

3. The pace is so fast it is suffocating. Everything has to be completed by 2:30, which creates enormous pressure.

4. On the surface, they say you can drink water and use the restroom, but it is actually too busy to do so. Even the veteran employees do not go, so how could we dare to?

My only recommendation is that people who really need the money, have extremely strong stress tolerance, and are willing to have no friends should go. Everyone, please think twice—do not act impulsively just because of the money!
