Interviewed for a quality assurance-related position in the first half of 2019.
I really can't think of anything particularly advantageous or appealing...
1. The job description posted on 104 differed from the actual interview. They simply brushed it off by saying, "This is no big deal, right?"
2. The company has quality assurance and customer service departments, but QA is expected to assist customer service in compiling reports and travel to handle abnormal situations. (QA departments at many companies do a lot, but I don't understand why this company's customer service department exists.)
3. Regarding point 2, whether having engineers travel to Europe to handle abnormalities is an advantage is debatable, but I really don't know what to say about presenting this as a benefit.
4. HR's handling and professional attitude were both very poor. They did not dare respond when asked about the company's benefits and policies, and simply brushed the questions off with vague answers.
5. There is no overtime pay. Compensatory leave can only be requested after 9:30 p.m., and it is unclear whether the request will be approved.
6. The QA department has only one section manager and no engineers. The staffing consists solely of a section manager and a team leader (technician), so it is extremely understaffed.
7. It feels like the supervisor has no intention of changing the current situation and only wants to bring someone in to work hard and put in overtime together...
