During the interview, the manager seemed very articulate, but after joining, it was a different story..... You are expected to get up to speed immediately, with no adjustment period, and other colleagues are often exceptionally busy due to unexpected situations....
The company is practically empty, with many seats unoccupied... Between the interview and joining, the HR person had already been replaced…
