An autonomous work environment, with everyone fulfilling their respective roles.
1. The boss and the boss's wife each have side businesses. They directly assign designs for their own side businesses at work, often as urgent projects, which sometimes delays the delivery of design work for the original clients.
2. You cannot learn practical marketing skills; you can only survive through creative gimmicks. You will be eliminated in an era of marketing that emphasizes fundamentals and a solid foundation.
3. There are serious problems with the internal systems that need to be reorganized, but the boss is focused on the side businesses and has no inclination to address them.
4. Employees are treated very much like servants. This includes cleaning and assisting with private matters; for example, employees sometimes have to help pay upfront for online purchases made privately.
