Pros
No overtime required, strong systems, fairly stable work, and the colleagues are all nice.
Cons
There are practically no benefits: NT$3,000 total for the three major holidays (gift vouchers), NT$2,000 in travel assistance (for a travel agency, isn't that rather low?), and an annual bonus of about one month’s salary.
There aren't many opportunities for salary increases; it still depends on whether your supervisor is willing to advocate for you.
