台灣富士平面顯示器系統股份有限公司
Pros

1. In Taiwan, there is only an office. The office is clean, tidy, and bright; slippers are required.

2. The interview managers were all very nice, unassuming, and respectful toward candidates. The interview process really felt like having a conversation.

3. They will ask you some simulated work-related questions to answer, but they are all very simple. The manager will even give you direct or indirect hints about the answers.

4. The interview requires the use of Chinese, English, and Japanese, with frequent switching between them. When preparing for the interview, it is recommended that you prepare content in all three languages so you will not be caught off guard.

5. You need to prepare a Japanese version of your résumé for the company to keep, so it is recommended that you look up how to format a Japanese résumé.

6. Interview process: Personality assessment → Interview → Language, logic, and mathematics tests + English test (multiple choice + sentence translation).

Cons

1. The interview process is lengthy and consists of three stages (three interviews on different dates, each with a different manager). I was eliminated after the second interview. The manager in the first interview said that the company is a very cautious Japanese company and that it takes a long time during interviews to understand candidates before making a decision. Job seekers who urgently need to find a job should take note of this.
