The position I applied for was a non-physician role.
1. There were two interviews.
The first consisted of a test and an interview with the department manager, and they would respond within a week. The second interview mainly involved discussing the job responsibilities and salary, followed by arranging a time for you to try out the work... (Whether this means asking you to work for free is up to interpretation, haha.)
2. You might actually learn something from this job (I'm not sure, because I ultimately declined the offer).
1. The interview process was very "troublesome."
2. They gave you many hints so that you would know what they would observe during the work trial (You'd better do your homework when you get home~).
3. The salary they offered was lower than the range listed on the job website.
4. They offered you an entry-level salary and told you that you were getting this salary because you had experience; otherwise, it would be even lower ("Even lower" probably means around NT$23K).
5. I felt that it wasted my time.
