EC is already close to collapsing. Marketing staff are resigning in droves, and experienced salespeople can't be retained. If people want to leave, so be it—but being unable to recruit anyone is even more pathetic. It seems that I don't need to say much about this company; many people already know the reason. If upper management doesn't face these problems soon, all the company's talent will be poached. To fill the remaining gaps, they find obedient contract workers and help them become permanent employees. Yes, all you need is to be obedient and willing to work; professional knowledge isn't necessary—even if you're a dead weight, that's apparently fine. Fortunately, I've already removed myself from the situation and can just watch this drama unfold, hehe.
