Email response speed is acceptable

1. The Taiwanese interviewer’s Japanese accent was extremely strong, and I often had no idea what they were trying to express in Japanese... (Their Japanese proficiency needs improvement.)

2. They had very little work and were extremely un proactive. They agreed to reply to my email that day and later confirm the document-screening progress for the recommended job, but three weeks passed without any reply or notification.

3. The recommended jobs did not follow the interviewee’s needs at all. They simply sent me every job they thought might be suitable, even though I had already expressed before the interview that I had absolutely no interest in ○○○-type jobs.

4. Before the interview, they had done no preparation whatsoever regarding the interviewee, wasting a great deal of time making me explain my background. (It was already written very clearly.)
