Relations with colleagues are very good
The supervisor is highly capable at the job but has major leadership issues, and treats employees as though they owe him millions. The company has a high employee turnover rate.
On Saturdays and Sundays off, employees may still be required to monitor Line messages and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
The work is largely based on responsibility, and staying late is common (due to the heavy workload), but when overtime is required, it is considered a sign that the employee lacks ability and cannot complete the work within the allotted time.
