Colleagues are easy to get along with
• The boss manages employees like salespeople, requiring everyone to deliver results. However, the boss has no practical actions or reasonable ideas, only directly asking whether you have any ideas, how to make money for the company, and whether you have earned back enough to cover your salary.
• The boss keeps asking employees about their plans. On the one hand, you are asked to plan what you should do yourself; on the other hand, the boss says that what you plan to do lacks productivity and efficiency. Even when a proposal is submitted, regardless of its content, the matters discussed are repeatedly overturned, causing employees to become like headless flies much of the time.
• The boss has no ideas of their own and thinks only about making money. They have even said: “I hired employees today so they can serve multiple purposes. Otherwise, why would I hire you?” This kind of concluding remark from the boss only makes people feel offended and disrespected.
• The boss has very little respect for professional expertise. They have said that a graphic designer should be able to come up with marketing plans, take photos and videos, and edit videos, and have required one high-traffic, high-quality, creative post per day. When told that “time” is needed to produce quality content, the boss responds by accusing us of having a negative attitude and always assumes that employees are slacking off.
• Saying that there will be an adjustment after the probationary period means that there will never actually be an adjustment after the probationary period.
