Pros
A high degree of freedom, suitable for newcomers to gain experience
Cons
Although it is a religious company, it does not treat its employees generously. When a workplace accident occurred, employees were not allowed to call an ambulance.
Low starting salary, difficult to get a raise, and a small year-end bonus. The boss always says to look to the future, but we cannot see anything in the present, so we do not know how to look to the future.
NT$1,000 for each of the three major holidays, plus a little over NT$3,000 in employee travel subsidies. Not much in the way of benefits.
