2. The backend system architecture is mature.
3. Managers look after their team members.
4. The work is diverse, covering desktop, mobile, and app web views.
5. You can work on e-commerce and marketing campaign development, providing opportunities to build communication skills with stakeholders.
6. Members are encouraged to learn from one another and attend conferences.
1. There are often strange or very urgent marketing requests.
2. The organization has a clear hierarchy and is not sufficiently flat.
3. Senior employees need to be promoted to management-level positions to have opportunities for career development.
4. Testing is entirely manual.
5. You need to be very good at preparing reports.
6. In addition to completing business requirements, you also have to improve legacy code.
Overall, being on the right team is very important. There is also a plan to implement automated testing. If you do not mind the commute to Zhonghe, it is a place worth considering.
