Convenient transportation to the company

During the probationary period, there was absolutely no onboarding or training for the job duties. The supervisor’s approach to handling matters was inconsistent and lacked any established standards. When I proactively asked questions about problems encountered at work, the response I received was, “Why don’t you Google it?”

Moreover, I was dismissed before completing my probationary period on the grounds that I was unfamiliar with the business. But how was I supposed to become familiar with the business when no one ever provided any guidance? There was also no room for making mistakes, so I didn’t even have the opportunity to learn from my own mistakes.
