Good benefits
A great place to retire
You can read novels and comics at work—as long as you don't get caught
Lots of cushy jobs
Pretty women can win the favor of supervisors and receive protection
Conventional, rigid culture
Bureaucratic system
A bunch of control-freak, perverted managers
They’re afraid you’ll steal the spotlight
But they can’t produce any achievements themselves
A bunch of old-timers who are all talk
If you’re too proactive, they say you’re uncontrollable
If you’re not proactive, they say your efficiency is poor
The seniority-based system is severe in the technical departments
As long as you’re inexperienced, being scolded and lectured is an everyday occurrence
In fact, it’s already workplace bullying
Why not speak up? Because it wouldn’t help anyway
The managers are all waiting to retire
They simply don’t want to cause trouble
They can only let those senior old-timers do whatever they want
And then go flatter the managers
Young people should think twice before joining
If you’re just here to collect a salary and enjoy the benefits
And can tolerate this bullying
Then come on in
