There is afternoon tea every week, which is a small joy in everyday life. Occasionally, someone brings snacks to share, and the senior colleague who mentors me is very nice.

The seating is a bit cramped, the company's elevator is too difficult to wait for, and there isn't much good food nearby (the good places are all quite a bit farther away....)
