1. The starting salary isn’t bad.
2. The senior employees are friendly to newcomers. Two of them would quietly tell you about the company’s situation and advise you to change jobs, while also helping you plan your career (usually telling you to get a master’s degree and then find a good job).
3. Working hours are 09:00–17:30, with a 1.5-hour break in between.
It’s a place where you don’t have much to do but can still collect a paycheck.
1. The boss made me realize that even devout Buddhists can have such explosive tempers.
2. The senior employees are assigned to do everything. Because of cost considerations, young employees are expected to obediently stay at the company doing odd jobs, so they learn nothing.
3. The boss said he wanted to nurture my development, but after hearing that for several months, I can no longer believe him = =
I can only describe things briefly; otherwise, if I told the whole story in detail, I’d definitely get sued.
In short, I’m leaving because I really haven’t learned anything. Even after working there for a while, I’m still a total novice.
If you look for something to do, you’ll even get scolded. No wonder they can’t retain young people.
Everything I’ve said refers to the engineers; I don’t know about the other administrative teams.
