Pros
The colleagues are nice
Those who truly have no foundation can come here to hone their skills
Cons
The work is boring, and the supervisor has a great time. If you are a phone operator, there is a pile of work to do (answering calls, recording, handling, replying, following up, etc.). Sometimes you cannot even use the restroom normally. Not recommended.
