A well-developed support system
Helping you take care of your newborn
Buying your own brunch
If you can stick with it, it’s a company you can retire at
Cons
Far too bureaucratic; the favored people will always be above you
Even parachuted-in hires can’t stay because positions at the manager level and above are completely locked up
The old-timers never leave; if you follow the right person, you’ll be in heaven
If you offend someone, I’d advise you to leave as soon as possible
