Can't think of any.
Anyone considering joining this company should think twice—and then think twice again.
The office environment is poor and has fleas; several colleagues have been bitten all over by fleas, and it is extremely itchy.
The restroom is dirty and messy, with mosquitoes flying around everywhere; remember to bring mosquito repellent when using the restroom, or you will end up covered in bites again.
Relations among colleagues are pretty good, and everyone helps one another; aside from the senior employees, everyone gets along harmoniously.
The boss is the pitiful son who was exiled to the frontier by his family and has no real authority. His elderly father, who is now quite old (nearly 80), still has to review and sign off on documents.
The turnover rate is extremely high. There have been situations where two departments were each left with only one person.
The boss thinks he is a teacher and really likes giving employees lessons. He even creates a series of course materials.
He looks refined and polite, but is actually verbally abusive. He not only questions employees but also snaps at them.
He requires employees to rush to finish whatever he wants even on weekends, and everything must be “submitted for his instructions” (yes, he actually uses the phrase “submit for instructions”).
Also, polar bears must absolutely hate him, because he wants everything “printed out.”
He will not hold a meeting without paper copies. If you give him an electronic file, he prints it out, “marks up the document” on paper, then takes a photo and sends it back to you.
Meetings are not for discussing matters; most of the time is spent explaining things to him. If he does not understand, he gets angry and lashes out.
He also has difficulty making decisions. When asked for an answer, he replies, “I need to think about it some more.”
Then, when the schedule falls behind, he blames you.
He always thinks employees are stupid, lazy, and incompetent.
Regarding the extremely high turnover, he says: “They do not understand what Riyao wants and are not suited to Riyao.”
In short, a rich kid created his own kingdom and expects employees to speak the language he invented.
The senior employees around him orbit him and clap, saying how wonderful he is.
He likes to push people to their absolute limits, claiming that this is how their potential can be unleashed.
The problem is that he pushes them in the wrong direction, providing no help whatsoever with seniority or professional knowledge and skills.
And perhaps because he operates an OUTLET, he really likes squeezing suppliers, or refusing to pay after suppliers have already provided their services.
This puts employees in a difficult position, yet he says it is because the employees do not know how to negotiate.
