Pros
Flexible work; you can listen to music
The assistant’s salary during the probationary period is 33k
Cons
Overtime is unlimited. Before 5 p.m., you have to decide how long you’ll work overtime, and any overtime beyond the allowed hours is on you.
After you submit your resignation, your supervisor will completely ignore you. Even if you’re standing right next to them, they’ll act as if you’re invisible.
