Colleagues are easy to get along with.
Overall, the company lacks direction and keeps repeating the same things without success. Employees are expected to take on multiple roles while also carefully dealing with emotional and subjective people. Former employees are disparaged; quiet people are misunderstood as having communication problems. Employees’ thoughts and professional advice are not understood, while management insists on its own ideas and then criticizes employees for not being serious or hardworking enough. The overall evaluation is poor; there is nothing to learn, and employees cannot apply their strengths or expertise.
