Thank you to the company for its support and development over the years.
1. Although I left the company almost two years ago, I feel that overall it was a good experience. The general manager is genuinely kind and easygoing, and the company’s operations are stable.
2. Becoming extremely wealthy is unlikely, but the company’s management and project execution are genuinely quite steady and conventional.
3. As long as you are proactive and hardworking, the general manager does provide tangible recognition, and most of the management team is quite good as well.
4. The company is wholly owned by the general manager, so there is no interference from outside market factions.
1. It is not a technology-driven company, but the company’s positioning is in business and industrial consulting, so this is not really an issue.
2. The salary is not particularly high.
3. The company is very focused on its core business, so its ability to aggressively expand in the market is limited. However, it is indeed quite rigorous about the quality of project execution.
