The interview was conducted in English, though I'm not sure whether that counts as a pro.
1. They said they would get back to me the following week, and then never responded at all. That's a breach of their word.
2. They don't respect job applicants' time. When sending the interview invitation, they didn't mention that there would be a coding test. Then, at the interview, they asked me to implement a certain feature on a computer I wasn't familiar with. It was very unpleasant and time-consuming, yet they insisted that it was to understand the applicant's process of building something from scratch.
3. The hiring manager's ambitions are huge, but the salary offered is very low.
