Pros

The position applied for was in the Commercial Operations Department. The best part of the experience was that my education and work experience on my résumé appeared to have been carefully reviewed. When they contacted me by phone, they proactively introduced the job responsibilities. There was a brief phone interview beforehand. In total, three different people from the company spoke with me by phone due to communication and coordination, and all three calls were quite friendly. All three were women.

Before the interview, I had to complete a written test consisting of simple Chinese, mathematics, and physics questions, mainly testing logic. There were three interviewers, all men. It was a group interview: including me, three candidates were interviewed together, all of whom had graduated within the past few years. I personally found the interview atmosphere relaxed. The main person asking questions was the highest-ranking of the three. Overall, the interviewers were friendly toward the candidates.

The starting salary for university graduates is fixed at around NT$30,000, with an additional monthly bonus. The bonus is reduced during the first three months of training, though they did not say by how much. Master's graduates receive an additional starting-salary allowance, but they did not say how much. I was told that starting from the fourth month, the salary plus the full bonus would be around NT$35,000, but the bonus is paid based on operating conditions, so it fluctuates.

Cons

When explaining the job responsibilities, the interviewer directly said that the department operates as an end-to-end operation. When there is deadline pressure, employees may need to work overtime, but it is unknown whether there will always be deadline pressure. During the entire process, I received one company phone call and two company emails after the company's stated working hours; everyone can take that as a reference.

I am only sharing my interview experience; I did not go on to work there, so I do not know the actual working conditions.
